Girls Night Out

Hello sweet Chickadee's.
Hope you are having a wonderful weekend so far?
I am so happy I got some sewing done.  Oh how it feels so good to just sit and sew.

Carla and I went to Girls Night Out at the quilt store I work at on Mondays (Quilters Cottage).  They had a pot luck dinner and oh boy there where some yummy eats.  Have you noticed Carla's bag yet?  It is sooo cute.   She keeps here sewing supplies in it.  She is so organized.  You know she has a birthday coming up too.

Miss purple got to go out.  I just love love this machine.  I learned so many new things last night about my feather weight either that or forgot some things about it. LOL   You know I am thinking this may become a habit once a month?

I actually got to finish something.  Sorry this picture is so bad and you can not see it all.  Hubby is out on the tractor and he could not hold it up for me.  This is 3 different one yard cuts.  The book is called  Quick and Easy 3 yard cuts.  The finished size is 44 x 59  It went together fast and easy.

Enjoy this wonderful weekend.

Hugs,
donna
