I got the most beautiful bracelet in the mail this week.  A couple of months ago I sent Trish from http://notesofsincerity.blogspot.com/ a couple of books from the Elm Creek series and in return she sent me this beautiful bracelet.  You must visit her blog I just love all the fabrics she uses in her quilts.  Thank you so much Trish I just love the bracelet you sent me.  You are a sweet heart.

.

I found the red rick rack I need for the borders of my Swell Day quilt.  I found it in Ohio at Blackberry Patchworks Phyllis was so helpful all the way to mailing me a sample.  Phyllis is a sweet heart I really enjoyed talking to her.  She always made me laugh.  To visit Phyllis you can go to www.blackberrypatchworks.com

I had lunch with Joyce this Tuesday from http://youngbydesign.blogspot.com/ it is so much fun catching up with her.  We did our Christmas swap and had a great lunch at laMad.  My sweet David took off today and he is going to take me to lunch and to the quilt store.  Yeahhh!  Hope everyone is having a great day.

  7. Hi Donna,
I am so glad you got a little motivated by the post. I hope you make one. If I can do it you can, that's for sure. Now, in what ways are we alike? Like I don't already know :) But really, is it the way that I am attention deficit, can't follow a pattern, have to try to act normal in front of relatives? giggle I'm curious!! Have a great weekend. I'm not sure what to do first, I want to sew and paint and quilt, I can't decide.
    Love,
    Julie
