This weekend David fixed a shelf above the window in my sewing room.  Today I got it all painted.  Thought I had white paint but as it turns out it is a pail lavender. (image that) hehe.  I will have to show you tomorrow after I get a few goodies on it.  I did a little sewing this weekend but nothing I can really show you they are all gifts.

Got my picture all put together, framed and it is hanging over my quilting machine.  I added a few more things.  At the top it say's grandmas and in the middle lower right of the hankie is love.  I also added some buttons and in the right hand corner is my grandmother's hand's.  They both where sewers and I learned a lot from both of them.  Both of them are missed very much.  Well I have tomorrow I have off so  I think I am going to do a little more sewing.  I am wanting to try to make fabric flowers.  Let's see?  Hope everyone as great week.

  7. Nice collage. Many memories. Special items you never see anymore. My grandmothers made quilts, too.
