Sew Sweet Bee and A Little Quilting

Happy Saturday sweet friends.
We are getting a little much needed rain, but not as much as Galveston and other areas around the coast.
It has been cloudy and in the mid 80's which is cool for us.  I am loving it.

It is Nanette's turn over at Freda's Hive this month for the Sew Sweet Bee.  Nannette choose a 12 inch Court Yard Steps block for all us to make for her.  This is the block I made for her.  Hope she love's her block as much as I do.

I did a little quilting for a customer yesterday.  Her sister had made this cat quilt a few years ago and she just want a some meandering done around the cats.  This is what I did for her.  Sorry, wish I would of taken more pictures to show you.  This is a wall hanging and there where 6 kitties.

I am also working on a patchwork crib quilt for a customer.  These are the fabrics she bought for me to put together for her.   For the back she wants minky.  I have quilted with minky before and all was good but I am always leary of it.

Hope y'all have a wonderful and safe Labor Day.

Hugs
donna
