Finished 2 More Quilts of Valor


Hi all.   

I got 2 more quilts of Valor all quilted and trimmed ready for the next person to bind them.  These are some quilts that our quilt guild is doing for the Military.  I believe they are going to hand them out after the beginning of the year.  Well, I was hoping you would be able to see the quilting on this one.


I have done a few of these quilts but just did not think to take pictures of them DUH!


You can see the quilting on this one better.  I quilted both of them the same.  There are flags and stars in this pattern.  The quilting pattern is called Patriot.   I just think it fits these quilts perfectly. 

We have family coming for Thanksgiving this Sunday so it is time to start cooking and then our family will do Thanksgiving on Thanksgiving day.  Mmmmm lots of yummy food.  Hope y'all have a Blessed weekend.

    Love the quilts! Quilts of Valor is such a wonderful organization. My local quilt shop has made so many over the years for veterans. What a blessing for you and the recipient!

    Such a worthwhile project that your guild is doing and the quilts will be so appreciated by the veterans. Son and family are coming for Thanksgiving, DDIL doesn't cook, so it is all up to me. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.

    Donna- The quilts are beautiful! I love the star and flag pattern. What a wonderful thing...that they go to members of the military!

    Impressive! You've been a busy girl. Showing me up but then all you have to do is sit a the machine and you'll have me beat. LOL. Hope to finalize a quilt to send your way or maybe two. I can't even get that done. Just sad. I did complete a couple of projects this weekend. Hope you have an awesome Thanksgiving
