I have been watching this little Puss and Boots creamer at our local resale shop. As you can tell I have caved and bought it. For a resale shop I thought it was way to much. It is just to cute to keep leaving it behind.
I also found this little Fire King creamer. Got it all cleaned up and it is like new.
The swam planter was a total steal. The tag said it is McCoy but there are no markings. It is all good I would have bought it anyway.
I love vintage glasses. These are another thing I had been eyeing and just could not leave behind this time either.
Susie from http://littlesusiehomemaker-lilsusiehomaker.blogspot.com/ and I exchanged jams. I made peach and she sent me choke berry. I have not ever heard of that. But it is over the moon with goodness. Susie is so sweet she also sent me this lovely tea towel. So super cute. Thank you so much my dear sweet friend.
Oh my gosh I just have to show you this pin cushion I bought from Trish at http://www.etsy.com/shop/natnkat?ref=em This pin cushion is very well made and is stuffed with crushed walnut shells.
I have the cowgirl horse quilt almost all the on the machine. That is my project for this afternoon to get it loaded and start quilting it.
Hugs,
That tea towel is just so cute and it is of course embroidered in purple.

That swan planter is so pretty...what a lovely find! I tried to find it in my McCoy book, but it wasn't in there. That doesn't mean anything...and they made many pieces without a mark. I was just hoping to confirm your treasure's maker for you. =D
ReplyDeleteI have dishes and a snack set that match the creamer! Isn't it a darling design. =)

ReplyDeleteHello my dear friend, how are you?!
ReplyDeleteWow Donna, that most beautiful thing I liked too, all very beautiful ... like I wanted to live close to you!!
My dear, I would like to apologize for the absence, but I'm still running hard, my house on the farm is almost ready and I have to go over there every week and monitor the work, because unlike you, here are all our homes in masonry and takes a little longer to do.
How I'd like to send you a porcelain here, but I'm afraid to break on the way ...
A big hug and God bless you!
Luciana
Such pretty finds. I love the little creamer and the pretty glasses. I think the tea towel with your name is such a treasure. What a thoughtful gift!
ReplyDeleteThat is the cutest little kitty cat tea-towel! And the creamer too! I have a soft spot in my heart for anything kitty related. I like your new glasses. Are those swanky swig size? The purple pincushion is so perfect for you!!

Some pretty vintage finds. I actually came home from the hill country with my own find. A Llardo flamenco dancer. My hubby bought it for me and said it was my anniversary gift. Works for me. Got her for less than half of what it was worth. Still pricey but I got it. ;o)
