I finally got a picture of my Dresden plate quilt I found on Friday.  The pink back ground fabric is 2 pieces of fabric pieced together.

The Dresden plate's are made of some feed sacks and I guess clothing or scraps.  I do recognize some of the pieces as feed sack.

There are no centers.  So I am thinking about what color to make the center Red, Purple?  I am looking for suggestions.  What do you think?

Last Friday I found these vintage Valentines.  These Valentines move.  I am not sure how vintagey they are.  I do not remember having Valentines like this.  But maybe it is because we did not buy this kind.  I am not sure.  No matter they are super cute.

Hope every one has had a great weekend and got to do some things that you love.

Hugs
donna

  9. What a pretty quilt!

You could go crazy and make the centers lots of different colors, instead of having them all be the same. Just a thought. =)
