Hope everyone is having a GREAT Saturday.  I just have to show this great find that I found at Christmas.   She was in a show case and the price tag said $23.  So I found help so I could look at her. No way this beauty could be priced so low.   She was and the only thing I could find wrong with her is that she is missing her pearl earrings.   So I snatched her up.  I forgot to take a picture of the bottom but the little gold label says ARDCO Fine Quality Dallas Made In Japan.

I did not get much sewing done through the week since I had to work long hours.   But I did get some sewing done last weekend.  I am so sorry that I can not show you until they are received since they are for swaps.   Oh they are so much fun.

I am hoping to put the borders on the paper doll quilt and put it on the machine and start quilting it.  I promise to show you when it is finished.

TTFN

Hugs,
donna

Hey, I just saw a post on The Garden Bell talking about Blogger changes, and I got the impression at the end of it that she says after the March 1 changes we will lose our friends? Am I getting that right? Anybody know what's going on? I would appreciate some info - maybe that's why so many people are leaving blogger, hmmmmm.

  9. Hi Donna,

What a great find! My daughter and I are always on the lookout for these and you're right, they're usually priced too high. You wouldn't even notice that the earrings are gone--she's a beauty!
