I have not been up to much have been feeling kinda lazy.  My sister made 2 quilt tops for a benefit and brought them over to me so I could quilt and bind them.  I just love this baby quilt.  So sorry you can not see the colors to well when I finished everything it was dark and wanted to take a picture so I could show you.

This is a lap size quilt 72 x 72.  She made this quilt out of some old Thimbleberries I had.  Wanda did not have a pattern but this is what she came up with.  Wanda is good that way she can put anything together as far as recipes and it turns out great for me I need a recipe.

This is the McCoy tulip vase I got at a resale shop last weekend.  I got it for a GREAT price so I knew it was meant to be.  And it is in perfect condition.  Well you know it was meant to be with the purple around the edges of the tulips hehe.

I have not been able to visit alot this week once again because of my computer.  I changed over to google chrome and now there is a server problem every now and then.  But I really like google chrome it is much faster for me than internet explorer.  Hope the problem will get resolved soon so I can visit more.  Hope everyone is having a great evening.

  1. I love the quilts your sister made! They look so cozy!! And, as for your McCoy vase...it's is gorgeous! I love McCoy ceramics. I drool over them on line...but usually when I find them in real life, they are waaay too expensive!

  2. Both quilts are very nice, I really like the fabric in the center of the first one! I use Firefox all the time and it is faster than IE.
