Blessings of Spring

Look what I got in the mail.  When I saw this on Shabby Fabrics website   http://www.shabbyfabrics.com/
I knew I just had to have it.  But I am thinking of doing this in 1930's reproduction fabrics.  I am not sure when.  Today is such a blah day and my email is acting up.  The weather is so gloomy here but no rain.

Yesterday I had lunch with Sharon.  We went all over town thrifting.  I found these wonderful feed sacks.  I just love when I stubble upon them.

We went to our local quilt shop and I bought a few 1930's reproduction prints to go in my stash.

Thought I would show you my Grape Ice Day Lillie's.  It seems like they are the last to start blooming.  I have them mixed in with yellow Day Lillie's.

Hope everyone got to see the beautiful Royal Wedding yesterday.  Such a fairy tale.  I just love it.

Hugs,
