1 1/2 inch squares in this baby. I noticed that when I layed it on the floor it is not laying to flat but I think
after it is quilted it will turn out fine. The fabrics are all old Thimbleberries. Had to do some speical engineering on the borders as I was running out of fabric and could not find it anywhere on the internet. Sorry the colors are mutted they looked fine in the camera. Whoops
This was an awesome find on Friday by Natalie (my cousin ). She hardly paid anything for it and it is in GREAT condition. The machine is made by Wilcox of New York. When Natalie got home she called me to say she went on line and found that it was born in 1901. She has the top drawer and the cover with her.
We brought it to our house for storage reasons for now. In the top drawer there was a manuel and some things that go with the machine. I think this is the coolest find ever. We do not know if it is worth anything but who cares it is a really neat machine.
Close up of the machine. All it needs is a belt and it will work fine.
Well I am hoping to get my purple machine this week. I can not wait. Well off to work I go tomorrow. Hope everyone has a wonderful week.

As one of my older hand quilting friends would say "it will quilt out." One and half inch squares, that must have taken some time--it is beautiful. What a great find, I don't think I have ever seen one like that.
