Hope everyone's 2020 has gotten off
to an awesome start?
I got a saddle chair as an early Christmas
present.
Since I sit at my sewing machine A LOT I thought
I needed to give this chair some consideration.
Since I have been sitting on it I notice it
helps me to sit up straighter
and not slump over my sewing machine,
not as much pressure on my legs and
hips. I have trouble with my back and my
left leg goes numb. Sew far this chair has
been an awesome find.
I have a friend that is a Hygienist
and she loves her chair. She explained
to me how it has helped her hip.
You kind of have to get used to it but once
you do I promise you are going to love it.

Thank you for sharing, Donna! Wouldn't mind trying one sometime. Sewing is very hard on the back - and without the right chair.....! Right now I have special cushions on my sewing and office chairs. They are great, but you do have to adjust them periodically, since you can't fasten them down.
