Hi Sweet Friends.
I am missing y'all in blog land.
June and July have been busy months for me.
I am not complaining I am thrilled.
This is what I have been up to.
I finished this sweet quilt for a dear friend over at
My Life A Little Of This and A Little Of That This quilt was made by someone in Carla's family some time ago. If you have been following me you know how I LOVE vintage. So I was super excited when Carla asked me to finish it for her. All I had to do was square it up, add boarders and quilt it. I quilted it with loops so I could go around the sweet Sun Bonnet Sue's. I am so in love with this quilt, that a friend of mine and I are going to try and make one similar.
I have been working on a GI NORMAS t-shirt quilt for a customer. I got it on the frame last night and it is waiting for me to quilt it. I will show you pictures in a few days as I forgot to take any for this post.

ReplyDeleteI have always loved the Sun Bonnets girls. They are so sweet and colorful. You are an inspiration to me - and it's taken me this long to get really quilty-brave, but I have used some of the fabric you shared with me! I am hooked! So much fun!
